Used RV’s are a Hit Online

The Used RV Factory announced today that its new online used RV sales portal http://www.usedrvfactory.net was exceeding all expectations in new dealer signups.

(PRWEB) March 26, 2010 — The Used RV Factory announced today that its new online used RV sales portal http://www.usedrvfactory.net was exceeding all expectations in new dealer signups.

“It’s amazing!” said Jeff Gibson, sales manager for The Used RV Factory, “We launched the site and had almost 20 dealers sign up the first day.”

Currently the company estimates that within a month there will be more than 100 dealers registered to access The Used RV Factory’s online inventory. Several hundred used vehicles are listed for sale on the site with a wide range of mileage options. Dealers can sort by make, model, mileage, price, and a variety of other options. “It allows a dealer to pick and choose a vehicle that fits their company’s needs,” continued Gibson, “If they know they have a customer that wants to buy a 24’ Winnebago Class C motorhome, or a 35’ Fleetwood Class A motorhome, but they don’t have that particular model in stock at a price point the customer can afford, the dealer can literally go online and select a unit and we will deliver it to them.”

To become a registered Used RV Factory dealer and receive access to the inventory, one must go to http://www.usedrvfactory.net and click on register. The Used RV Factory representatives will then approve qualified dealers and set up an account. “Setting up an account is easy,” said Gibson. “It takes about 5 minutes to register, and we approve dealers quickly upon validation.”

The Used RV Factory is the wholesale sales business unit of El Monte RV. El Monte RV is America’s premier nationwide RV rental company with locations across the USA. Pagani Zonda S Superclaim: 300,000 Reasons to Make Sure you Have Renewed your Car Insurance

It isn’t very often that repair costs for a motor insurance claim exceed £30,000, but there has recently been a claim for a Pagani Zonda S Supercar that looks set to break the £300,000 mark!

(PRWEB) March 26, 2010 — It isn’t very often that repair costs for a motor insurance claim exceed £30,000, but there has recently been a claim for a Pagani Zonda S Supercar that looks set to break the £300,000 mark!

In September 2009, an Aviva (http://www.aviva.co.uk/) representative was asked to inspect a badly damaged supercar, after the insurers policy holder, who had been test driving the supercar, lost control on a narrow country road and collided side-on with a telegraph pole before careering through a fence.

Although the vehicle was badly damaged, Aviva decided that the car may be repairable, and set about making arrangements for the car to be shipped across to Modena, Italy, home of Pagani, the vehicle manufacturer.

Aviva technical engineers visited the factory in Italy to discuss repair methodology, and at this point, the car’s designer, Horacio Pagani became involved. Pagani is famous for designing cars which are fully customised for the requirements of driver and has said ‘A Zonda is like a fine Italian suit, it is made to measure’.

With so many different expensive materials such as carbon fibre, titanium and aircraft aluminium involved in the cars painstaking construction, which is fully customised for the needs of the owner and hand built by skilled engineers, understanding what was possible would determine whether repairs would in fact be economical.

After discussions with Horacio Pagani it was agreed that the vehicle could be repaired and work is currently being carried out on the car and completion is scheduled for May 2010, which is great news for the owner, especially given the fact that there are roughly only 10 Zondas produced per year!

In a league of their own

Signs Express (Harlow) has been working in partnership with Non League News 24 (NLN24) to promote the launch of a new website and magazine devoted entirely to the trials and tribulations of non league football.

(PRWeb UK) March 22, 2010 — Signs Express (Harlow) has been working in partnership with Non League News 24 (www.nln24.com) (NLN24 (www.nln24.com)) to promote the launch of a new website and magazine devoted entirely to the trials and tribulations of non league football.

As a departure from traditional advertising methods, NLN24 and the design staff at Signs Express (Harlow) looked at a cost effective solution to maximise the impact vehicle graphics can have.

NLN24 staff drive the length and breadth of the country to promote and gather the latest news for the venture so it made sense to design an eye-catching brash colourful car graphic to publicise the new business whilst on the road.

On taking delivery of the new Toyota Aygo, the signage specialists at Harlow applied graphics which had been digitally printed and designed in-house. This included printing and applying contra vision vinyl to the rear screen increasing advertising space without affecting driver visibility.

Billy Shaw, NLN24 website editor said: “Sales of our magazine increased by around 35% in the month after the car first went on the road. The Signs Express team created an eye-catching design that makes people notice the car.”

Signs Express (Harlow) works with many local businesses providing an extensive range of signs and graphics for interior and exterior signs, vehicle and window graphics as well as health and safety signs and are always happy to look at new projects.

NLN24 provides up to the minute news about non-league football. Go to www.nln24.com for details or contact Billy Shaw at billyshaw(at)nonleaguenews24(dot)com.

As part of the UK and Ireland’s leading signs and graphics company, Signs Express (Harlow) provides a complete design, manufacture and installation service for all forms of signage including interior/exterior signs, vehicle graphics, exhibition and display products, window graphics and health and safety signage for businesses in Harlow and surrounding areas.

Production of EarthRoamer® XV-LT Four Wheel Drive Camper is Resumed

Xpedition Vehicle Service LLC (operating under the tradename EarthRoamer) has purchased the remaining assets of EarthRoamer.com LLC which filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2009 and has resumed production of EarthRoamer brand Xpedition Vehicles.

(PRWEB) March 23, 2010 — Bill Swails – designer of EarthRoamer XV-LT and XV-JP Xpedition Vehicles – has teamed with former key managers to start a new company and re-launch the EarthRoamer brand. The new company (Xpedition Vehicle Service LLC) has purchased the remaining assets of EarthRoamer.com LLC which filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in late 2009. The original EarthRoamer XV-LT molds and “EarthRoamer” trademark were among the assets purchased by the new venture, and the company will be operating under the trade name “EarthRoamer.” The new company recently resumed production of EarthRoamer brand Xpedition Vehicles.

When launched in 2002, the four wheel drive, turbo-diesel, Ford F-550 based EarthRoamer XV-LT revolutionized the expedition vehicle marketplace with its innovative design, quality construction and “go anywhere” capability. The XV-LT is capable of running entirely on renewable biodiesel and solar energy. In a marketplace where traditional RVs continue to rely on noisy generators for electrical power, the EarthRoamer XV-LT utilizes a .5 KW solar panel array and a 6.1 KW/h AGM battery bank. Biodiesel compatible air heaters, water heaters and stoves replace the propane appliances found on traditional RVs. EarthRoamer XV-LTs are designed to tackle any terrain with features like four-wheel drive, aggressive military tires, front and rear heavy duty bumpers with winches, and high intensity discharge (HID) lighting.

2007 marked the launch of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited based EarthRoamer XV-JP. The XV-JP quickly established itself as the most capable four wheel drive camper in production by being the first self-contained camper to complete the notoriously challenging Rubicon trail in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. The EarthRoamer XV-JP with its revolutionary LoftTop™ design was later recognized by the Boulder County Business Report when it received their IQ award for innovation.

EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicles have confidently carried their owners millions of miles ranging as far north as the shores of the Arctic Ocean and as far south to the Panama Canal. Expeditions to South America and Africa are in the planning stages. One intrepid EarthRoamer owner and his wife spent almost three years driving completely around the world in their EarthRoamer XV-LT.

Demand for the revolutionary camper design was strong and over 100 EarthRoamer XV-LTs were sold between 2002 and 2008 at an average retail price of almost a quarter million dollars each. The company’s rapid growth was recognized in 2008 by Inc. Magazine when it reported EarthRoamer as the 597th fastest growing private company in the U.S. Inc. Magazine also identified EarthRoamer as the 8th fastest growing private transportation company in the US and the 9th fastest growing private company in the Denver metro area. With growth limited by production capacity, in mid 2005 EarthRoamer.com LLC purchased 3.5 acres in Lafayette, Colorado and began design of a new corporate headquarters and production facility.

Following record sales the 4th quarter of 2007, EarthRoamer.com LLC moved into a new 56,000 square foot corporate headquarters in February of 2008 – just as diesel fuel prices began to climb to over $4.50 per gallon and the stock market began a precipitous decent. High fuel prices and a faltering economy caused a rapid drop in new vehicle sales and by midsummer 2008 the company had laid off half of its workforce. By the end of 2008, the company was unable to service the debt on the new corporate headquarters and had ceased operations. Subsequently, EarthRoamer.com LLC was forced to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Recognizing the need to service and support existing EarthRoamer vehicle owners and an opportunity to revive the EarthRoamer brand, Bill Swails joined forces with former production manager Eric Rexroth, and former service managers Tyler Tatro and Mike Funari to form Xpedition Vehicle Service LLC. The new company – operating under the trade name EarthRoamer – recently signed a long term lease for production space and corporate offices just north of Denver at Long’s Peak Business Center in Dacono, Colorado. Currently the company is manufacturing EarthRoamer XV-LTs in temporary leased space until the new space is ready for occupancy.

Bill Swails and his team will be taking the EarthRoamer brand in new and exciting directions with designs for both larger and smaller sized expedition vehicle models already on the drawing boards. The team also plans to offer its expertise in expedition vehicle design and construction to provide design/build services for individuals with unique requirements. “If you can dream it, we can build it” says Bill Swails, president and CEO of EarthRoamer. In addition, the team is actively working on implementing new technologies like fuel cells, external combustion generators, lithium ion battery packs and parallel hydraulic hybrid drive systems. According to Bill Swails, “By aggressively embracing new and exciting technological advances and emphasizing world class design, EarthRoamer will continue to be the recognized leader in designing and building the most comfortable, capable and environmentally responsible expedition vehicles in the world.”

Founded by an engineer/photographer with a passion for adventure, EarthRoamer designs and builds the best selling expedition vehicles in the world. Hand built by craftsman in Colorado at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, EarthRoamer allows adventurers to travel far from the beaten path in unparalleled safety and comfort. More information is available at http:// www.earthroamer.com, or by calling 720-862-0040. EarthRoamer is a registered Trademark of Xpedition Vehicle Service LLC.

Surviving Roads of the Bush and Coming Out Victorious With Hyundai Santa Fe R

Documentary maker Tony Wilson survives the roads of the bush, thanks to Hyundai’s Global Green Challenge team, Hyundai Team R

Australia (PRWEB) March 19, 2010 — Poor navigation skills and the herculean task of completing a 7 stage, 3,147 kilometre race from Darwin to Adelaide, Australia, hardly go hand in hand. Yet documentary maker Tony Wilson, who describes himself as “not being a gifted navigator”, survived to tell the tale thanks to Hyundai Team R, the team whose race participation he was documenting.

The Global Challenge, which took place late last year, is a competition to identify the world’s green energy vehicles (http://syndacast.com/go/SantaFeR). Participating manufacturers showcase and put their environmentally friendly cars to the test on one of the toughest cross continental routes.

So tough was the challenge that Wilson rates finding a way out of the bush as “one of the toughest things I’ve ever done”.

“I thought we were following the road but it’s not that simple” explains the documentary maker, somewhat confusingly. “There are roads and roads that come out of roads, if you take one of those then…well…you’re going down the wrong road.”

Of course. That’s all cleared up then.

It was fortunate that Wilson was following and documenting the Hyundai team, as he could not have been in better hands with an excellent team matched by a top vehicle, the fuel efficient Santa Fe R (http://syndacast.com/go/SantaFeR). The vehicle showed its class by beating off intense competition to win the SUV category with an outstanding fuel consumption rate of 5.1L/100km, consuming just 60.46 litres of diesel fuel and a low 137.67 grams of CO2 per kilometre.

Follow Tony Wilson behind the scenes for more confusion, chaos and achievement as the Hyundai Santa Fe Team R makes its progress on the Darwin-Adelaide transcontinental Global Green Challenge at “www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilkq-7ETjsI&feature=youtube_gdata” (http://syndacast.com/go/SantaFeRVideoStage5).

Beaudry RV Company is Hiring

Beaudry RV Company, overwhelmed by customer demand is expanding operations.

Tucson, AZ (Vocus) March 17, 2010 — RV (http://www.beaudryrv.com/events.html) industry experts have called for an increase in sales from 2009 to 2010 To meet their current customer demands Beaudry RV Company is expanding their employee roster.

Due to economic downturns, only months ago, Beaudry RV Company had to make the decision to lay off employees to adjust to the marketplace. Even after downsizing, Beaudry RV Company still had the largest sales force in the Southwest. Now, in response to recent RV consumer spending, Beaudry RV Company is looking to replenish both their sales and tech forces.

Beaudry RV Company is actively seeking to hire salespeople and service technicians in both their Phoenix and Tucson locations . Customer demand is pushing the hiring decision at Beaudry RV. Approximately 8.2 million Americans already own RVs (http://rvsales.beaudryrv.com/inventory.asp) and the numbers aren’t shrinking. Baby boomers and 35-54 year olds are at the top of the RV buying market, and they are opening their pocketbooks to an RV traveling adventure.

“As with many businesses in this industry, we’ve made changes to adjust to market conditions,” says Scott Beaudry of Beaudry RV Company. “The good news is that we’ve seen such a significant increase in sales and in service work that we no longer have enough employees to satisfy demand!”
